The Office of Campus Activity Facilities serves as the base of operations for the Leavey Center. We also provide scheduling and coordination of support services for a number of event spaces as well as most of the outdoor space on the main campus.

Capacities
Furniture/Equipment
We will arrange for rental and set up of furniture and other equipment for events occurring in our spaces. Clients are asked to provide information about the number and size of tables, chairs and other equipment they wish to rent via their online space reservation request form. Changes and updates to the original request can also be made via the online request system. Accommodation of last minute changes, especially changes emailed to our office less than 4 business days prior to the event date, cannot be guaranteed. You are encouraged to plan ahead and plan carefully.
